Snake gourds are remarkable and graceful.  They have an aura of animation about them.  Diamond Jim is sunning himself on a piece of mountain "Driftwood".  This piece of gourd art involved the use of pyrography (wood burning), leather dye, resins, satin polyurethane and lavish glass-beading.

This piece measures 10" wide and is 25" long.
